Pet Ranger is dedicated to providing a unique and personal service to all of its customers, many of which have been with us since we first started. Each of our customers can be assured that they can contact us at any time and feel we are there to help.

We know all of our customers and their pets personally and have seen them through good times and sad. Our customers know that when we care for their pets, be it grooming, pet sitting or walking, it’s as one of the family. Quite often our customers will ask; ‘am I being too fussy about what I want for my pets?’ and we say ‘no, it’s normal!’ Nothing is too much trouble.

Our service is such that new customers have actually been in touch with us before getting a new pet, to make sure that we can help out when it’s needed and on that grounds have gone ahead with the new member of their family.

As part of the service we provide we also offer you our knowledge and experience to pass on information to help you care for your pets in a more natural way, using natural products and foods, many of which are available on our web site shop. We try our best to give you the information you may need but if we can’t help will pass you on to someone or a source that can.
